addressing TCP / IP

This article is a continuation of About TCP / IP.
may be useful for you to read.
but before I apologize if this article is less interesting or not complete, because I am also still learning the TCP / IP is.

TCP / IP using two addressing.
1. addressing a logical address.
2. Fully qualified domain name (FQDN)

  1. Addressing a Logical address : addressing the division of logical addresses using the subnet mask address where the logical address consists of 32-bit.
format of this address is wwww.xxxx.yyyy.zzzz division.
    example:
    205.116.008.044
if divided using subnet mask into the netID will be 255.255.255.000
  2. Fully qualified domain name (FQDN) : have format <host name>.>
works as the identification of a computer network where it exists. While as identifying a computer on a network. example: www.microsoft.com.

note : microsoft.com is domain_name.
           While www identified as host_name

okay.
up here first.
I will explain the continuation of the TCP / IP at a future article.

thank you for visiting and reading.
